If you have a discount code you can redeem it in by choosing the payment method at the checkout or before confirming your order. Remember to redeem your discount code before completing your order. Discount codes have a limited validity period and you can only use one discount code per order. Most discount codes can be used once and are then invalid. Discount codes can be linked to particular products or promotions and usually have a minimum order value. You can read about this in the terms of each discount code.
How do I use gift cards or vouchers?
You can redeem the code from the gift card or the voucher in the last step of the ordering process. The amount is then deducted directly from the purchase price. If the value of the gift card / voucher covers your entire order, the purchase is completed without choosing a payment method. If the gift card covers part of your order, you choose any payment method to pay the remaining amount. Remember that the gift card must be redeemed before completing your order. Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not limited to specific brands, categories or promotions. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. If you want to return an item, the gift card amount will be credited to your credit account and can be used when you order again.
How do I buy a gift card?
You can easily order your gift card by clicking here. We will send the gift card to you after your payment has been registered. You can choose whether you want an electronic gift card or a giftcard delivered to your address in an envelope. If you want to buy more than 10 gift cards or load it / them with large sums of money, please contact our customer service.
